How Can I Use Chronotek Reports to Analyze Employee Work Hours and Job Details?

Chronotek reports help you review employee hours, shifts, and job activity with both detailed and summary views.

Reports > BY JOB

Job Detailed Reports

- Job Activity Detail

Hours summed by Job showing employee shift worked. Also subtotals any associated Activities.

- Weekly Time Cards by Job

Shows a week's daily shifts by employee and the Totals

Scheduling > Daily Schedule also has a great csv export of actual and schedules.

Job Summary Reports

- Job Summary

Shows summed hours for who worked on each job without shift details.

- Job Total

Shows total hours worked on each job for each employee.

Reports > BY EMPLOYEE

Employee Detail Reports

- Employee Activity Detail

Hours summed by employee showing detail for each job. Also subtotals any associated Activities.

Employee Summary Reports

- Employee Activity Summary

Hours summed by employee summed by job. Also subtotals any associated Activities

- Over 40 Hours Check

Shows total employee hours to help review overtime. In order of overtime

- ACA - FT Status - Monthly

Fantastic to show employee hours summed each month for a year.

Filter options:

  • Zone filter - at the top header next to the company name

  • Date Range - most reports use the 'Change Payroll Period' date under Payroll Functions

  • Employee and Job Filters or Dropdowns are available with some reports
