Questions You Might Have About Chronotek Pro

Do you have to change to Chronotek Pro?

No, your current account will not change. If you see value in the new Pro platform, you can transition all or part of your employees.

Can you get Pro features on your existing account?

No, the two systems are built on entirely different infrastructures. New features are being added to the Pro platform.

Can you transfer your Classic jobs, employees, and time cards over to Pro?

You can keep your Classic account to pull old reports, but we can’t transfer any information to Pro.

Can you use both systems at the same time?

Yes, you may want to transition employees and jobs over slowly. We’ll give you 14 days free on Pro and then charge for the active employees in each account.

This new system does more. What is the cost?

The Chronotek Pro platform has introductory pricing of $14/month for the account access fee and $6 per employee per month. Note there is a $74 minimum. Future features, such as inspections, supplies, and inventories, will be optional add-ons with extra fees.
