Creating and using schedules is a great idea. But schedules aren't mandatory. We make it super simple for employees to clock into the right job when their location services are enabled. Here's how it works:
Your employee will land on this screen. They click, "I need to clock in."
Your employees will land on this screen that says, "You are not assigned to any jobs today." If:
Their location services are enabled,
They are on the job site,
And they are on the Team assigned to that job

They should see their job under "Unscheduled." Click it
Clock in.
