About This Video

This app is designed to guide you through your workday. Depending on the way your company uses the system, there are different methods to clock in and out to make sure everyone is covered. This video will show the steps for each possibility.

Using the Home Screen

  • It's really very easy to use

  • The home screen will show your work for the day

  • It lists any schedules that are assigned to you

  • If you're not assigned, it will be empty

Clocking In With a Schedule

  1. Select the job that you wish to work to begin the clock-in process

  2. Click the clock-in button

  3. Confirm that you're starting work

Note: If the clock-in button is disabled, this means that your company requires GPS to be fully on and the settings on your phone must be corrected. Press turn on and the system will guide you to update the settings.

Clocking In Without a Schedule

  1. Simply click "I need to clock in"

  2. The system will look for jobs in your area based on your GPS location

  3. If the job you need to work is listed, press select to start the clock-in process

  4. If there are no jobs in your area:

    • Press "I still don't see my job"

    • Follow the steps to clock into an unknown job

    • Your manager will resolve the time card to correct the job

Using TimeTiles™

If your company uses TimeTiles™:

  • A panel will be visible on the job details screen

  • Click on the panel to see any notes about the location of the tiles at the job site

  • Make sure to know where the tiles are located at the job site

  • Clock in when you're ready to start work

  • "Ready to scan" will slide up from the bottom of your phone

  • Hover your phone over the tile with the back of the phone facing the tile until you get a confirmation of clock-in

While Clocked In

When you're on the clock:

  • A green header is visible at the top of every screen to remind you that you're clocked in

  • Click on the green pill to:

    • Get back to the job detail screen

    • Start a break

    • Clock out

Menu Navigation

The four menu buttons across the bottom of the screen are very simple:

Time Screen

  • Shows your time cards and future schedules by work week

  • You can scroll backwards to see your history of time cards

  • Scroll forward to see any schedules if available

Messages Screen

  • Access all channels of your teams and job boards

  • Send a private message to any admin or management in the company

  • View company announcements

  • Messages are translated and visible to the recipient based on the communication setting in their personal profile

More Menu

You can:

  • Open my profile to review your personal details

  • Change the communication setting that is very important for you to see messages in your preferred language

Tips for Using the App

  • On the home screen in the calendar section:

    • Use your thumb to slide back and forward by week

  • Any right arrow indicates another screen is available with more details

  • Left arrows will always get you back home

  • On the job details screen:

    • The map icon in the top right corner will open the job's location in the map on your phone

    • This is helpful if you're at a job site and you need directions to the next job

  • The green buttons and pills will always guide you back to the job detail screen where you can either clock in or out or start a break

We hope this video has been helpful to teach you about the app. It's very easy to use. Let the app guide you through your workday.
