Are you like me? I can't help but tap my feet with impatience while waiting for a Hot Pocket to heat up in the microwave. When I want something, I want it now.

The same goes for answers.

If you are the same, we want you to know there are quick and easy ways to get answers to your Pro questions.

Let me show you the ways.

Easy Ways to Get Help from Chronotek

1 - Live Chat w/Support

We offer live stateside support between the weekday hours of 8am-6pm EST. Chatting is a great way for us to help you and pass along articles and videos. We can also share screenshots with each other if the troubleshooting requires it.

We will respond in 15 minutes or less, which is better than waiting on hold, right?

Ready to get the help you need? The Live Chat w/Support icon is conveniently located at the bottom left of your account screen. Simply click it to open the chat window and ask us a question.


2 - Online Chat w/Fin

No, we didn't hire a Swedish support guy named Fin 😎. Fin is our artificial, but very intelligent bot, who automatically gives precise and accurate answers. He also provides links to relevant articles and videos, and the best part is that he's faster than us humans.

How do you chat with Fin?

Just like you would chat with Support. Start a chat, ask a specific question with relevant details, and Fin will provide an answer. Don't skip over Fin's response. Honestly, I've seen customers ignore Fin's answer and click "Talk to a Person," and I'm thinking, "I can't do better than that." 😊

But Fin isn't always right, so if he doesn't answer your question correctly, go ahead and click "Talk to a Person." We would love to hear from you.

  2. He responds immediately (no 15-minute wait with Fin).

  3. He works and is available 24/7/365. Good thing we don't pay him by the hour!


3 - Search for Help

Our online help center has almost 100 articles and/or videos. We have poured about all we know into these support materials, and like Fin, they are available at any time.

You can search for help in several ways.

How to Search for Help

  1. Click on Live Chat w/Support. Then click the Help icon at the bottom. The next screen allows you to search by keywords. Relevant articles appear in a list.

  2. The Help screen also shows a list of 8 collections. Scroll through the collections for one that covers your question. Each collection contains several articles.

  3. The Home screen has a list of our most popular articles. Perhaps one of these articles can answer your question.

  4. This is my favorite way. You can use the Help Center in full screen from this website: https://intercom.help/chronotekpro/en/. Go ahead and bookmark it.
