How to Create a Page in Church.tech

Introduction
Pages in Church.tech allow you to create customizable, shareable content with ease. Whether you need to generate small group leader guides, parent guides, or announcements, Pages offer flexibility and a variety of tools to help you. Before creating a Page, you’ll need to upload key content, such as audio, video, or an outline, to ensure your Page is built around a clear message or resource.

Steps to Create a Page

1. Upload Content

Before creating a Page, upload one of the following types of content:

  • Audio

  • Video

  • Outline (text-based)

This content will serve as the foundation of your Page and guide your customization process.

2. Navigate to Pages

Once your content is uploaded:

  • Go to your Overview dashboard.

  • Click 'Create Page' to begin designing your Page.

  • Click '+ Create New Page'

3. Choose a Template

Select from a variety of templates to fit your needs:

  • Group Leader Guide

  • Parent Guide

  • Blank Page

These templates allow you to either start with a pre-structured layout or build your Page from scratch. And they save tons of time!

4. Customize Content

Use the intuitive text editor to add and enhance your content:

  • Page Name and Description: Give your Page its own unique name and description to clearly identify its purpose (e.g., Small Group Guide: Sermon on the Mount). The description should be a brief sentence that summarizes the content.

  • New template Page will start generating and generally takes under 5 mins to create.

Next, you can customize the content on your Page.

  • Headers, Bullet Points, and Announcements: Structure your information clearly.

  • Embedded Images or Videos: Enrich your Page by embedding visual and multimedia content.

5. Use AI Tools
