On your Profile page, you will be able to view the following sub-sections:

  • Personal Information

  • Application Details

  • University Preferences

  • Tests *

  • Grades *

  • Contacts

  • Counselor

  • Extra-curricular Activities

* If you are unable to edit these sub-sections, it means that your school has disabled the ability for students to edit them. If you would like to add a test score and/or update it, please approach your counselor, and they will be able to help you with it.

Fill in your Personal Information

Under the Profile tab, click on Update Now and fill up your personal information as shown below as well as upload your profile picture.

Once you are done, click on the 'Save Changes' button. Be sure to answer all mandatory fields as indicated by an asterisk (*).

If you cannot click on the 'Save Changes' button, it means that there are compulsory fields that are still empty. Ensure that all asterisked (*) items are filled up and you will be able to save your information.

If you would like to change your primary email address, please approach your counselor - they will be able to help you with it.

Application details

The Application Details sub-section is where you will be able to make changes to the different application fields like Degree type, Application and Enrollment Year, Hook/Flags, and Groups. To update these details, click on the "Edit Now" button.

You can find more details here regarding university preferences.

Test

The Test sub-section allows you to add and edit any test scores and dates if your counselor enabled the ability for students to edit them.

Grades

The Grades sub-section reflects your overall Grade Point Average (GPA). This could be either updated by your school or counselor and can also be determined based on the subject scores entered for each grade level.

If your school has given permission for students to edit their Grades, there will be an 'Edit' button available at the top of the Grades section. If it is not there, you will need to contact your counselor to make the edits on your behalf.

Kindly refer to more details in this article.

What’s New - Improved Mobile Number Validation for International Formats

An issue was identified where some valid mobile phone numbers were incorrectly rejected as invalid when students attempted to save them in their profile. This particularly affected certain international formats, including valid Chinese mobile numbers.

The phone number validation logic has now been updated to correctly recognize and accept valid international mobile numbers, including Chinese phone numbers.

What Was Fixed?

  • Correct validation support for valid Chinese mobile numbers.

  • Improved handling of international number formats across multiple regions.

  • Reduction in false “Invalid mobile number” error messages for correctly formatted numbers.

How to Troubleshoot?

  • Enter the number in international format with the country code (e.g., +86, +65, +91).

  • Do not use spaces, brackets, or hyphens.

  • Check that the number length and country code are correct.

  • Refresh the page and try saving again.
