We carefully review every application to keep our community safe, trusted, and aligned with our values. If you aren’t approved, here’s what to expect:

If your application is declined, the decision is final and can’t be appealed. We do this to protect the integrity of the Ciao community.
💳 Subscription Cancellation
If you chose to subscribe, you should cancel your subscription to avoid any charges.
iOS (App Store)
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select Ciao
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Tip: If you can't find Ciao subscription, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select Ciao
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions

If you subscribed via our website or Telegram, your subscription was handled by Stripe. You can cancel it by entering the email you used at checkout here:
