Want to leave Ciao and delete your data? We’ve made it simple. Just know it’s permanent: all your personal data, bookings, and listings will be gone.
⚡Delete via Settings
For minimal hassle, login into the MeetCiao app, go to Settings, and then click "Delete my Account". If you don't see the button to Delete your Account, please make sure you've updated to the latest version of the MeetCiao app first. Deletion via the app will happen instantly
🧓 Contact support
If for whatever reason, you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@meetciao.com or message @ciaosupport on Telegram. Include your email or Telegram username, and a quick note confirming you want you account deleted. Please note that we might require extra steps to confirm your ownership of the account.
We usually process requests within 30 business days.

Cancel any active App Store, Google Play or Stripe subscriptions to avoid charges. And download anything you want to keep – deletion is permanent.
