Once you listed your home, you will see Booking requests under Host tab. Guests will receive your contact details, and you'll see theirs.
They might reach out to you, or you can do so yourself. If you have agreed on the details, and want to proceed with the deal, confirm the booking (Host tab > Green arrow > Pick as guest > Confirm the guest).
It will automatically mark the dates taken as unavailable, and send a confirmation to the guest.
