If you’ve received an offer code (also known as a promo code, or promotion code) here’s how to redeem it depending on where you use Ciao:
📱 iPhone / iPad (Apple App Store)
From App Store
Open the App Store on your device.
Tap your profile icon (top right) → Redeem Gift Card or Code.
Enter your offer code and tap Redeem.
Re-open the Ciao app — your offer will be automatically applied to your subscription.
Within Ciao app
Open the Ciao app on your device
Tap on my Profile on the bottom tab, and then click the Settings icon on the top right of the screen
Click Redeem offer code and enter your offer code
🤖 Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Redeem code.
Enter your promo code and tap Redeem.
Open Ciao to confirm that your discount or free period is active.
💻 Telegram (Stripe checkout)
If you originally subscribed on Telegram:
Go to Stripe billing and input the email address you used when you subscribed
On the payment page, click Add promotion code.
Enter your promotion code and finish checkout — your discount will appear instantly.
