If you signed up to MeetCiao using Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email address, Apple created a private relay address for you (something like asdfg@privaterelay.appleid.com). Any emails we send go to that relay address, which Apple then forwards to your real email inbox.
If you can't find our emails, it's worth checking which inbox they're actually being forwarded to.
How to find your forwarding email address
On your iPhone or iPad:
Open Settings
Tap your name at the top
Tap iCloud
Scroll down and tap Hide My Email
Find MeetCiao in the list and tap it
You'll see the email address that MeetCiao's messages are being forwarded to. Check that inbox (including your spam or junk folder) to find emails from us.
Still can't find our emails?
A few things to check in the forwarding inbox:
Look in your spam or junk folder
Search for
meetciao.comto catch anything that got filteredMake sure Apple's Hide My Email forwarding is still turned on for MeetCiao (in the same settings screen above)
Since your forwarding address is private to your Apple ID, we're not able to see which inbox our emails are going to — only you can check that from your device.
