Genetic testing labs:
The lab that performed your testing (e.g., GeneDx, Invitae) or the provider who ordered it
Hospitals:
All hospitals where you've received care (birth to present)
Facility/location where you were born
Specialized care:
Specialty/Diagnosis Care Centers
Gene therapy locations
Clinical trial sites
