Most record requests process automatically without any additional steps from you. Records can arrive within 7-10 days, though some can take 30-60 days.
Occasionally, a provider may need:

✓ Photo ID (driver's license or passport)
✓ Updated signature or address information
✓ Legal documentation (for guardians or deceased loved ones)
✓ Minor consent (ages 12-17 in some states)
