How to Change Your Consent Settings

Research Consent

Enable/Disable:

  1. Login → https://patient.citizenhealth.com/login

  2. Click name (bottom left) → My Profile

  3. Scroll to Privacy section

  4. Find Research Consent

  5. Toggle ON or OFF

Advocacy Consent

Add Organization:

  1. Login → https://patient.citizenhealth.com/login

  2. Click name (bottom left) → My Profile

  3. Scroll to Privacy → Advocacy Consent

  4. Click arrow to expand

  5. Click +Add Advocacy Group

  6. Type organization name (e.g., "FOXG1 Research Foundation")

  7. Select from dropdown

  8. Click Add and Enable Sharing
