You can edit your personal information at any time from your profile settings on either the web app or mobile app.
š Update Address on the Web App
Go to patient.citizenhealth.com and log in.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
Select My Profile.
Click the āEdit profileā button in the top-right corner.
Update your personal information
Click Save to confirm your changes.
š± Update Address on the Mobile App (Iphone only currenlty)
Open the Citizen Health mobile app and log in. (š Download from the App Store)
Tap your initals in the top right corner.
Select Profile.
Tap Edit pencil in the top right corner.
Update your personal information.
Tap Save Changes.
