You can edit your personal information at any time from your profile settings on either the web app or mobile app.
🌐 Update Address on the Web App
Go to patient.citizenhealth.com and log in.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
Select My Profile.
Click the “Edit profile” button in the top-right corner.
Update your personal information
Click Save to confirm your changes.
📱 Update Address on the Mobile App (Iphone only currenlty)
Open the Citizen Health mobile app and log in. (👉 Download from the App Store)
Tap your initals in the top right corner.
Select Profile.
Tap Edit pencil in the top right corner.
Update your personal information.
Tap Save Changes.
