To update or re-request records from a previously requested provider:
Log in to your Citizen Health profile: https://patient.citizenhealth.com/login
View your Dashboard (the initial screen after login)
Scroll down to see your medical record requests
Find the provider you want to update
Click "Request Again" on the original record request
