How to Update or Re-Request Records from a Previously Requested Provider
Log in to your Citizen Health profile: https://patient.citizenhealth.com/login
Once logged in, you can access your record requests one of two ways:
Option A — From your Dashboard:
View your Dashboard (the initial screen after login)
Scroll down to see your medical record requests
Find the provider you want to update
Click "Request Again" on the original record request
Option B — From the Records tab:
Select the "Records" tab
Select the "Requests" tab
Find the provider you want to update
Click "Request Again" on the original record request
