How to Reset Your Password
If you're having trouble signing in or need to update your password, follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the Citizen Health login page and enter your email address, then click "Continue"
Select "Sign in with password"
Click "Forgot password?", then click "Continue"
Check your email inbox for an automated password reset message (be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes)
Follow the instructions in the email to create your new password
Once your new password is set, you can return to the login page and sign in with your updated credentials.
