Healthcare providers are required by law to send medical records within 30 days of receiving a request and can ask for a 60 day extension.
If it's been over 30 days since your record request and the records haven't appeared in your profile:
Go back to the Help Center
Select "Messages"
Choose "Send us a message"
You will be able to connect with our team about your specific record request
Our support team will help track down your records and follow up with the provider if needed.
