Creating an account

Navigate to workpapers.cimplico.com to begin and select 'Sign Up'.

Step 1: Choose your login method

You have two options:

  1. Email and password — Enter your email address and create a password, then click Continue.

  2. Xero Single Sign-On — Select Sign in with Xero and follow the prompts to authenticate via your Xero account.

💡 Tip If your firm uses Xero, sign in with Xero. It's faster and means one less set of credentials to manage.

Step 2: Enter your details (email and password only)

If you signed up using email and password, complete the About You section:

  1. Enter your Given Names.

  2. Enter your Family Name.

  3. Click Continue.

ℹ️ Note: If you used Xero Single Sign-On, this step is skipped. Your name is pulled automatically from your Xero account.

Step 3: Join your firm

Once you've created your account, you'll see a list of firms you've been invited to join.

  1. Locate your firm in the list.

  2. Click Join to access it.
