Sure! You can transfer any ISAs you have elsewhere to your CIRCA5000 ISA (even if it's not a Stocks & Shares ISA.)

You'll need to open a CIRCA5000 ISA if you haven't already, so that we can complete our onboarding checks; this also lets you accept our T&Cs.

Once you've completed the ISA sign up please contact our Customer Support team by emailing hi@circa5000.com, or through your in-app chat to let us know you're looking to transfer an external ISA to CIRCA5000.

Do I need to do anything else?

If your external provider allows electronic ISA transfers then no paperwork is needed for us to process your transfer. We just need to know in your message:

  • Who your current ISA provider is

  • The ISA reference with your current provider

  • The approximate transfer value

Unfortunately not all ISA providers allow electronic transfers though (typically banks don't). In this case we'll send you an ISA transfer form to complete and return. This form lets us start the transfer process with your external provider.

Things to be aware of:

  • Partial transfers from your external provider to CIRCA5000 cannot be completed electronically and must be done via a paper transfer form.

  • The transfer will always be completed as a cash transfer. We cannot complete in-specie (as stock) transfers.

  • ISA transfers can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
