Your child can't have a JISA and a Child Trust Fund (CTF) at the same time, but you can transfer their CTF into a CIRCA5000 JISA.

You'll need to start the JISA opening process in the CIRCA5000 app by tapping on Junior Stocks and Shares ISA within the home page of the app.

Once you've completed the short JISA signup, please message our Customer Support team by email to hi@circa5000.com, or through your in-app chat, to let us know you're looking to transfer a CTF to CIRCA5000.

We'll then send you a specific CTF to JISA transfer form to complete and return. This form lets us start the transfer process with the existing provider which can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
