If your organization has an overdue balance, you can quickly resolve it by completing a payment through the dashboard.
How to Pay an Overdue Balance
To resolve the overdue payment, please follow these steps:
Confirm Admin Permissions
Ensure you have Admin permissions for the organization. Only Admins can manage billing and payments.Go to the Plan Overview Page
Navigate to the Plan Overview page in the UI.Click “Pay Now”
If your account has an overdue balance, you will see a Pay Now button.
Click this button and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Once the payment is successful, your account will return to normal status.
Automatic Payment Attempts (Important)
Our system is scheduled to automatically retry payment attempts using your saved payment method. However, you should not rely on these automatic retries.
You typically have approximately one week from the date the payment first failed to resolve the overdue balance before the system cancels your subscription. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you actively and manually complete the payment by clicking the Pay Now button in the Plan Overview page as soon as possible.
Taking prompt action helps prevent service interruption and account downgrade.
What Happens If Payment Continues to Fail
If the overdue balance is not resolved within the allowed time frame and payment attempts continue to fail:
Your subscription will be canceled
Your organization will be downgraded to the Free Tier
Once this downgrade occurs, we are unable to upgrade or revert your account back to the Performance plan on your behalf
Upgrading After a Downgrade
If your account has been downgraded to the Free Tier due to failed payments, you will need to manually upgrade your plan to return to the Performance plan.
