Here at CircleCI we are lucky enough to have an active and knowledgeable community. That is why we encourage new users or those with out active CircleCI Support plans to post any questions or troubleshooting issues to our Discuss Community.
Create a Post
After logging in to the Discuss Community (or creating an account if you don't have one), on the homepage of the Community you can see the option to create a "New Post"
Enter the Title, Details and select the relevant Topic in the Topics dropdown.
Important Note
Remember that anything you post on the CircleCI Discuss Community is public, so be sure to review any code or project details you plan on uploading to ensure that there are no sensitive keys, project, or personal information.
