Ensure Proper Preparation: Make sure all technical and logistical requirements, such as ID verification and software updates, are completed prior to the visit.
Having problems joining? Try these steps:
If you didn't get a notification at the appointment time, check the Appointments tab on the app or log in to your web portal at my.circlemedical.com.
Make sure you have strong WiFi or cellular data signal.
Completely close the app or web portal and re-launch it, then click the link again.
Allow the app or web browser to access your camera and microphone in your phone's privacy settings.
Make sure the volume is turned on and that you are not connected to a Bluetooth device other than your headphones.
Make sure you verified your ID prior to starting a virtual visit.
Update your device and Circle Medical app to the latest versions to avoid compatibility issues.
Restart your device and consider reinstalling the Circle Medical app if you continue to experience problems.
Double-check your email inbox, including spam or junk folders, for the video appointment link and verify its correctness.

On our platform, we understand that people may experience issues while attempting to join virtually, so we offer a small grace period for both patients and providers.
If you are struggling to join the call, but are able to chat in, we recommend that you reach out to our support team and share about the issues you're experiencing in advance, or at the beginning, of your appointment start time.. This will help us work to prompty inform your provider that you are running behind while ensuring that you avoid unnecessary fees.
If your provider does not join the call within this time, the appointment will be canceled at no cost, and you can reschedule it through the app.
