Video appointment options
Here is a list of video appointment options:
Standard appointment: For all general virtual primary care needs.
Urgent care appointment: Virtual urgent care for a wide range of acute conditions and common infections like colds, flu, sinus, or skin infections, minor injuries- not for emergency or life-threatening concerns.
GAHT intake appointment: A consultation and first appointment for patients seeking gender-affirming care. Specifically, patients who would like to explore, start, continue, or maintain gender-affirming hormone therapy with Circle Medical.
If you are a new patient, book a Video GAHT Intake Appointment.
For ongoing care, schedule a 'Standard appointment' and list "GAHT follow-up" as the reason for the visit.
Anxiety and depression assessment: For discussing depression or anxiety symptoms or transferring care.
ADHD Initial intake appointment: This is the first appointment in the ADHD assessment process. This visit is for all patients seeking ADHD care with Circle Medical, including patients with a prior ADHD diagnosis.
ADHD Comprehensive health assessment: This is the second ADHD care journey appointment, where your provider performs a thorough evaluation to rule out other causes of your symptoms and reviews key factors like sleep, heart health, and medication risks.
ADHD Diagnosis and treatment: This is the third ADHD care journey appointment, where your provider will confirm whether ADHD is the right diagnosis for you.
ADHD Follow-up: This appointment is for established patients being treated for ADHD care. In this visit, your provider will ensure that your treatment plan remains compatible with your health needs.
Wellness exam: This virtual wellness exam is for establishing care with us and creating a customized health plan centred around holistic health and prevention.
Weight management appointment: A consultation for patients seeking diagnosis and treatment for weight management.
PrEP intake appointment: For patients seeking to understand more about pre-exposure prophylaxis treatment, begin PrEP treatment, or transfer their care over to Circle Medical.
Sleep video appointment: This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking treatment for sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep issues like difficulty falling and/or staying asleep.
Skin care video appointment: For patients seeking diagnosis and treatment for skin care conditions.
ADHD care journey
If you're new to Circle Medical and looking to become an established ADHD patient, there are three appointments in the ADHD care journey that you'll need to complete:
'ADHD Initial intake appointment'
'ADHD Comprehensive health assessment'
'ADHD Diagnosis and treatment' appointment

In-person appointment options
Currently, Circle Medical primarily offers virtual appointments. Our satellite clinics may have openings for in-person ADHD follow-up appointments only. However, New Jersey patients will have exclusive access to in-person ADHD Diagnosis and treatment appointments at our Marlton and Short Hills locations.
Depending on provider availability, our San Francisco clinic offers the following in-person appointments:
In-person ADHD follow-up: For established ADHD patients to book their monthly follow-up appointments. This appointment may be available at one of our satellite locations.
In-person annual wellness exam: An in-person wellness exam for establishing care and ensuring your health needs are taken care of holistically, available exclusively at our San Francisco clinic.
In-person standard appointment: This in-person appointment is used for all general primary care needs, and is only available at our San Francisco clinic.
Choosing a provider
Our providers are here to help you with all your health needs. To choose a provider, simply follow these steps:
On the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal, select an appointment type to get started.
Scroll through available providers and available days to find a provider that suits your needs.
If you have insurance, ensure it's been uploaded to see in-network providers.
Always confirm that the provider’s credentials (MD, NP, PA) are suitable for your care and comply with your state's requirements.
Once you've booked an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email along with the details of your upcoming video appointment!
