Here is a list of video appointment options:
Video Appointment: This virtual appointment can be used tor general virtual primary care, as well as follow-up visits after an initial intake appointment, including ADHD follow-up or Sleep follow-up appointments.
Video Wellness Exam: Similar to Annual Wellness Exams, this video appointment is for establishing care with us and creating a customized health plan centred around holistic health and prevention.
Online Urgent Care Appointment: Virtual urgent care for a wide range of acute conditions and common infections like colds, flu, sinus, or skin infections, minor injuries- not for emergency or life-threatening concerns.
Video PrEP Intake Appointment: For patients seeking to understand more about pre-exposure prophylaxis treatment, begin PrEP treatment, or transfer their care over to Circle Medical.
Sleep Video Appointment: This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking treatment for sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep issues like difficulty falling and/or staying asleep.
Skin Care Video Appointments for patients seeking diagnosis and treatment for skin care conditions.
Video GAHT Intake Appointment: This appointment is a consultation and first appointment for patients seeking gender-affirming care. Specifically, patients who would like to explore, start, continue, or maintain gender-affirming hormone therapy with Circle Medical.
If you are a new patient, book a Video GAHT Intake Appointment.
For ongoing care, schedule a Video Appointment and list "GAHT Follow-Up" as the reason for the visit.
Anxiety and Depression Video Assessments for discussing depression or anxiety symptoms or transferring care.
Video ADHD Intake Appointments for patients who have never had an ADHD assessment or patients with a prior ADHD diagnosis.

On the Circle Medical mobile app or web portal, select an appointment type to get started.
Scroll through available providers and available days to find a provider that suits your needs.
If you have insurance, ensure it's been uploaded to see in-network providers.
Always confirm that the provider’s listed credentials (MD, NP, PA) are suitable for your care and comply with state requirements.
Tap on providers' bios to learn more about their specialties and qualifications.
