The Uploaded Documents feature allows you to store and manage all files related to your event in one place.
This includes items such as:
Images
Floor plans
Contracts
Any other event-related documents
All uploaded files are linked directly to the event, making them easy to access whenever you need them.
Where to Find Uploaded Documents
You can find Uploaded Documents on the event dashboard.
This section provides a central place to view and manage all files associated with the event.
Viewing Uploaded Documents
All uploaded documents are displayed in a list format on the event dashboard.
For each document, you will see:
Document name
Document type
Each file is also downloadable, allowing you to quickly access and share important information.
Uploading a New Document
You can upload new documents to your event at any time.
To Upload a Document:
Click “Upload New Document”
Click “Choose File”
Select the file from your device
Enter a Document Title (required)
Click “Upload Document”
Once uploaded:
The document will be added to the Uploaded Documents list
It will be immediately visible on the event dashboard
