Task List

What is the Task List?

The Task List allows you to create, manage, and track all tasks related to your event in one place.

It helps you stay organised by showing what needs to be done, what is in progress, and what has been completed.


Where to Find the Task List

You can find the Task List on the event dashboard.

At a glance, this section shows:

  • Number of Pending tasks

  • Number of In Progress tasks

  • Number of Completed tasks

  • The next task due

To view all tasks in detail, click “View All Tasks”.


Viewing and Filtering Tasks

Once inside the Task List, you will see all tasks that have been created for the event.

You can organise and refine your view using filters and sorting options.

Available Filters:

  • Status (Pending, In Progress, Completed)

  • Priority

  • Tags

You can also use the sorting function to better organise your task list.


Creating a Task

You can create new tasks at any time to manage your event workflow.

To Create a Task:

  • Click “Create Task”

  • Enter the required details:

    • Title

    • Due date

    • Due time

    • Priority

    • Status (Pending, In Progress, Completed)

  • Add optional details:

    • Assign to (team member)

    • Tags

    • Reminder method (Email, In-app, or both)

    • Description

Adding Documents and Notes to Tasks

Each task can include additional information to support your team.

You can:

  • Attach documents to provide relevant files

  • Add notes related to the task

Within Notes:

  • You can tag team members using the @ mention feature

  • This helps notify and involve the right people

Once completed, click Create Task.


Viewing Task Details

After a task has been created, it will appear in the task list.

You can click the arrow dropdown next to a task to expand it and view more detailed information.

This includes:

  • Task description

  • Assigned team member

  • Tags

  • Attached documents

  • Notes and updates

This allows you to quickly access all relevant information without leaving the task list.


Managing Your Tasks

Once a task is created, it will appear in the task list.

You can update tasks at any time to reflect progress.

This allows you to:

  • Track progress across your event

  • Keep your team aligned on priorities

  • Ensure deadlines are met

Using the Task List helps you maintain full visibility over your event workflow.

By keeping tasks updated and organised, you can ensure nothing is missed and your event runs smoothly.
