The Run Sheet is one of the most important features within Circolo.
It allows you to plan, schedule, and manage every part of your event timeline in one place, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Where to Find the Run Sheet
You can find the Run Sheet on the event dashboard.
At a glance, this section shows:
The total number of run sheet items
The next upcoming item (the first item scheduled to occur)
To open the full run sheet, click “View Run Sheet”.
Viewing the Run Sheet
Once inside the Run Sheet, you can view and manage your event schedule in different formats.
Available Views:
Calendar View – for a structured, date-based layout
Timeline View – for a chronological overview of your event
You can also use filters to customise your view.

Assigned Team Members
Linked Tasks
Creating a Run Sheet Item
You can create run sheet items to schedule each part of your event.
To Create a Run Sheet Item:
Click “Create Run Sheet Item”
Enter the required details:
Title
Start date and time
End date and time
Add optional details:
Description
Tags
Assigned to (team member)
Linked tasks
Calendar colour
Click “Create Run Sheet Item”
Once created, the item will be added to your run sheet and displayed in your selected view.
Viewing Run Sheet Item Details
After a run sheet item has been created, you can view more detailed information depending on the view you are using.
In Calendar View:
Click directly on the run sheet item to open and view its details
In Timeline View:
Click the dropdown arrow on the item to expand and view more information
This allows you to quickly access full details without leaving your run sheet.
