Run Sheet

What is the Run Sheet?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Run Sheet is one of the most important features within Circolo.

It allows you to plan, schedule, and manage every part of your event timeline in one place, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Where to Find the Run Sheet

You can find the Run Sheet on the event dashboard.

At a glance, this section shows:

  • The total number of run sheet items

  • The next upcoming item (the first item scheduled to occur)

To open the full run sheet, click “View Run Sheet”.

Viewing the Run Sheet

Once inside the Run Sheet, you can view and manage your event schedule in different formats.

Available Views:

  • Calendar View – for a structured, date-based layout

  • Timeline View – for a chronological overview of your event

You can also use filters to customise your view.

Available Filters:

  • Tags

  • Assigned Team Members

  • Linked Tasks

Viewing Run Sheet Item Details

After a run sheet item has been created, you can view more detailed information depending on the view you are using.

In Calendar View:

  • Click directly on the run sheet item to open and view its details

In Timeline View:

  • Click the dropdown arrow on the item to expand and view more information

This allows you to quickly access full details without leaving your run sheet.

Managing Your Run Sheet

The run sheet allows you to organise your entire event schedule in detail.

This allows you to:
