Suppliers are external vendors or partners involved in delivering your events.
By adding suppliers to your workspace, you can manage their details and assign them to events, tasks, and run sheets.
Where to Find Suppliers
You can find Suppliers under the “People” section in the left sidebar.
From here, you will see:
A list of all suppliers that have been added to your workspace
Creating a New Supplier
You can add new suppliers to your workspace at any time.
To Create a Supplier:
Go to People > Suppliers
Click “Create Supplier”
Enter the required details:
Business name
Address
Contact name
Contact email
Contact phone
Add optional details:
Description
Website
Tags
Contact role
Click “Create Supplier”
Once created, the supplier will be invited to your workspace.
What Happens After Creating a Supplier?
The supplier will receive an invitation via email.
If the supplier is new to Circolo:
They will receive a temporary password
They can log in and set up their account
If the supplier already has a Circolo account:
They will be automatically added to your workspace
Viewing and Managing Suppliers
Once added, suppliers will appear in the Suppliers list.
You can:
View all suppliers connected to your workspace
Click the dropdown arrow next to a supplier to view their full details
This allows you to easily access and manage all supplier information in one place.
Keeping Your Suppliers Organised
Adding suppliers to your workspace ensures all vendor information is centralised and easy to manage.
By keeping supplier details up to date, you can:

Quickly assign suppliers to events
