My Profile

What is My Profile?

My Profile is where you can view and manage your personal account information within Circolo.

It provides an overview of your details, activity, and permissions across your workspace.


Where to Find My Profile

You can find My Profile in the sidebar.

From here, you can access and manage all your personal account information.


Viewing Your Profile Information

Once inside My Profile, you will see your key account details.

Your Profile Includes:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Role

  • Email

  • Phone number (optional)

You will also see an overview of your account activity, including:

  • The date you joined the platform

  • Your most recent login


Editing Your Profile Information

You can update your personal details at any time.

To Edit Your Profile:

  • Click “Edit Profile Information”

  • Update the following fields:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Phone number (optional)

    • Primary workspace

  • Save your changes

Note:
Your email address cannot be changed. If you need to update your email, please contact the Circolo Support Team.


Updating Your Profile Image

You can personalise your profile by adding or updating your profile image.

To update your profile image:

  • Click on the image placeholder

  • Upload your new image

This helps make your account easily identifiable across the platform.


Viewing Your Activity and Events

Your profile also provides a snapshot of your work across Circolo.

You will see:

  • Projects in progress

  • Projects in planning

  • Projects completed

  • Upcoming events you are assigned to

This gives you a quick overview of your current workload and responsibilities.


Viewing Permissions and Access

At the bottom of your profile, you will see your permissions.

This includes:

  • Workspace permissions

  • Event-level permissions

This helps you understand what access you have across the platform.


Managing Your Profile Effectively

Keeping your profile information up to date ensures accurate records and smooth collaboration across your team.

By maintaining your profile, you can:

  • Ensure your contact details are correct

  • Stay informed about your assigned events

  • Clearly understand your access and responsibilities
