What are Audit Logs?

Audit Logs allow you to track and review all actions and changes made within your workspace.

This feature provides full visibility over activity in Circolo, helping you monitor updates and maintain accountability across your team.


Where to Find Audit Logs

You can find Audit Logs under the Settings tab in the left-hand sidebar.

From here, you can access a complete history of activity within your workspace.


Viewing Audit Logs

Once inside Audit Logs, you will see a list of all recorded actions and updates.

Each log entry includes:

  • Object type

  • Object name

  • Action performed

  • User (who made the change)

  • Target user (if applicable)

  • Changes

  • Object ID

  • Date and time created

This allows you to clearly see what changes were made, when, and by whom.


Filtering Audit Logs

You can use filters to narrow down and find specific actions more quickly.

Available Filters:

  • Object type

  • Action

  • Owner (user)

  • Object ID (you can copy and paste an ID to search)

This helps you quickly locate specific updates or investigate changes.


Viewing Detailed Changes

You can view more detailed information about each log entry.

To view changes:

  • Click “See Changes” on a log item

This will display:

  • A description of the update

  • The exact changes that were made

This allows you to understand precisely what was modified within the workspace.
