What is Account & Billing?

Account & Billing is where you can view and manage your subscription within Circolo.

This section provides a full overview of your current plan, billing details, and allows you to make changes to your subscription as needed.


Where to Find Account & Billing

You can find Account & Billing under the Settings tab in the left-hand sidebar.

From here, you can access all subscription and billing-related information.


Viewing Your Subscription Details

When you enter Account & Billing, you will see your Current Subscription overview.

This includes:

  • Plan

  • Status

  • Next billing date

  • Next payment amount

  • Number of seats (paid users)

  • Date joined

  • Payment method

This gives you a complete snapshot of your subscription at a glance.


Stripe Connect

Below your subscription details, you will see your Stripe Connect information.

This includes:

  • Account ID

  • Charges enabled

  • Payouts enabled

  • Registered for GST (Yes/No)

To manage your Stripe account:

  • Click “View in Stripe Dashboard”

This will take you to your Stripe Connect account where you can make updates.

Note:
You must connect your Stripe Connect account within Circolo to enable paid ticketing.


Managing Your Subscription

To make changes to your subscription, you can access the billing management page.

To Manage Your Subscription:

  • Click “Manage Subscription” at the bottom of the page

  • You will be taken to the billing page

From here, you can update your subscription details.


Updating Seats (Users)

You can increase or decrease the number of paid seats on your subscription.

Seat Pricing:

  • Additional seats are $30 AUD per user

To Update Seats:

  • Click “Update Subscription”

  • Select the number of seats you want to add or reduce

  • Click “Continue”

  • Review the summary of changes

  • Click “Confirm”

Once confirmed, your subscription will be updated accordingly.


Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.

To Cancel Your Subscription:

  • Click “Cancel Subscription”

  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation


Managing Your Account Effectively

Keeping your subscription up to date ensures your workspace has the correct number of users and access.

By managing your billing settings, you can:

  • Adjust your plan as your team grows or changes

  • Maintain accurate billing information

  • Stay in control of your subscription at all times
