The Circolo Scanning App allows you to scan tickets and check in guests for your events in real time.
It is designed to streamline event entry, giving you full visibility over attendance and check-ins.
Downloading the App
To get started, download the Circolo Scanning App from your device’s app store:

Once installed, open the app to begin setup.
Logging In
To access your events, you will need to log in using your Circolo account.
To Log In:
Open the app
Enter your Circolo Software login details
Tap Login
Once logged in, you will see your available ticketed events.
Selecting an Event
After logging in, you can choose which event you want to manage.
You will see:
A list of your ticketed events
To begin:
Select the event you want to scan tickets for
Viewing Event and Guest Information
Inside the event, you can view key details and manage attendees.
You can:
Search for guests by name or ticket ID
View how many guests have been checked in
See relevant event details
This allows you to quickly find and manage attendees during your event.
Scanning Tickets
The app allows you to scan QR codes to check in guests.
To Scan Tickets:
Tap “Scan Tickets”
This will open the QR code scanner
Scan the guest’s ticket
Once scanned:
The guest will be marked as checked in
This will automatically update inside your event in Circolo Software
Offline Scanning
The Circolo Scanning App supports offline use.
This means:
Ticket data is stored on your device
You can continue scanning without an internet connection
Data will automatically sync once you reconnect to the internet
This ensures smooth check-in even in low or no connectivity environments.
Settings and Additional Options
You can access additional controls through the Settings tab.
In Settings, you can:
Manually update offline data
Log out of your account
