Task Templates allow you to create reusable sets of tasks that can be applied to events.
This helps standardise your workflow and saves time by avoiding the need to recreate the same tasks for each event.
Where to Find Task Templates
You can find Task Templates under the Settings tab in the left-hand sidebar.
From here, you can create and manage all your templates.
Creating a Task Template
You can create a new template to define a set of tasks for your events.
To Create a Task Template:
Go to Settings > Task Templates
Click “Create Template”
Enter the required details:
Template name
Add optional details:
Description
Click “Create Template”
Once created, your template will be available to add tasks.
Adding Tasks to a Template
After creating a template, you can add individual tasks (items) to it.
To Add Tasks:
Click the dropdown arrow on the template
Click “Add Item”
Enter the required details:
Title
Due date (relative to event or timeline)
Priority
Status
Reminder method
Add optional details:
Tags
Description
Click “Create Item”
Once created:
The task will appear inside the template
You can add as many tasks as needed
Applying a Template to an Event
You can apply a task template to any event to quickly generate tasks.
To Apply a Template:
Click “Apply Template to Event”
Select the event you want to apply it to
Once applied:
All tasks within the template will be created in the selected event
Importing and Exporting Templates
You can manage your templates using CSV files.
You can:
Import CSV to upload task templates
Export CSV to download and share your templates
This allows for easy backup, sharing, and bulk management of templates.
