What’s the difference between Circolo Premium and Circolo Ticketing?

Circolo Ticketing is designed for businesses that need a simple way to sell tickets and manage guest registrations.

Circolo Premium is our complete event management platform, allowing you to manage your event from start to finish in one place. This includes ticket sales, guest management, budgets, suppliers, task management, run sheets, customer management, documents, and event delivery.

With Circolo Premium, you can manage every aspect of your event from one central platform.


Is Circolo suitable for smaller teams?

Yes. Circolo has been built with flexibility in mind, making it ideal for smaller teams as well as larger event operations.

You can add as many users, suppliers, and customers as you like at no additional cost, making it easy to collaborate without increasing your subscription costs.


What’s included in Circolo Premium?

Circolo Premium includes:

  • One admin seat

  • Unlimited users

  • Unlimited suppliers

  • Unlimited customers

  • Ticketing and guest management

  • Task management

  • Run sheets

You also have the option to add additional admin seats to your subscription if needed.


What’s the difference between an admin and a user?

An admin has full access to the platform. They can create events, manage settings, and edit all areas of an event.

A user is typically a team member who can be assigned tasks and run sheet items. Users can update and complete tasks assigned to them but do not have full administrative access.

You can add unlimited users to the platform free of charge.


Can I control user permissions?

Yes. Circolo includes detailed permission controls across both your workspace and individual events.

Admins can control who has access to specific information and features, ensuring teams only see what they need.


Do I need to install anything?

No. Circolo is completely web-based, so there’s no software to install.

You can access the platform from your browser anytime.


How much does Circolo cost?

It’s free to sign up and start selling tickets or registrations using Circolo Ticketing.

If you want access to the full event management platform, Circolo Premium starts at $90 per month excluding GST and includes one admin seat.


Is there a minimum contract term?

No. There are no lock-in contracts, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.


What features are included with Circolo Ticketing?

Circolo Ticketing includes:

How do I track attendance at my event?

Circolo includes a free scanning app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, allowing you to scan tickets and check guests in as they arrive.

The app is free to use and does not require any additional hardware, making on-site guest check-in simple and efficient.


Is there a platform fee for ticket sales?

Yes. Circolo charges a platform fee on all ticket sales.

For Circolo Ticketing, the platform fee is 3.5% plus $0.50 per ticket sold.

For Circolo Premium customers, the platform fee is reduced to 2.5% plus $0.50 per ticket sold.

There is also a separate credit card transaction fee charged at checkout, which is typically around 1.7% plus $0.30 per transaction.

Circolo includes a built-in ticketing calculator that clearly shows the breakdown of platform fees and transaction fees, giving you full visibility over your ticket revenue.
