You can add unlimited users to the platform free of charge.
Can I control user permissions?
Yes. Circolo includes detailed permission controls across both your workspace and individual events.

Do I need to install anything?

Circolo includes a free scanning app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, allowing you to scan tickets and check guests in as they arrive.
The app is free to use and does not require any additional hardware, making on-site guest check-in simple and efficient.
Is there a platform fee for ticket sales?
Yes. Circolo charges a platform fee on all ticket sales.
For Circolo Ticketing, the platform fee is 3.5% plus $0.50 per ticket sold.
For Circolo Premium customers, the platform fee is reduced to 2.5% plus $0.50 per ticket sold.
There is also a separate credit card transaction fee charged at checkout, which is typically around 1.7% plus $0.30 per transaction.
Circolo includes a built-in ticketing calculator that clearly shows the breakdown of platform fees and transaction fees, giving you full visibility over your ticket revenue.
