Before attendees can select dietary requirements or guest preferences, you must first create the relevant tags within your account.

Step 1: Create Dietary Preference Tags

Navigate to the Tags Section

  1. Open the sidebar menu.

  2. Select Tags.

  3. Locate the Dietary Preferences section.

Add Dietary Requirement Options

Add each dietary option you would like attendees to select during checkout.

Examples include:

  • Vegetarian

  • Vegan

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

  • Nut Free

  • Halal

  • Kosher

You can create as many dietary preference tags as required.

Step 2: Create Guest Preference Tags

Add Guest Tags

Within the Guest Tags section, create any additional attendee preferences or requirements you would like to collect.

Examples include:

  • Wheelchair Access Required

  • Hearing Assistance Required

  • VIP Guest

  • Companion Required

  • Accessible Seating Required

These tags help organisers identify and manage specific attendee needs.

Step 3: Create Your Event

Once your tags have been created:

  1. Create a new event.

  2. Complete the standard event setup process.

  3. Continue to the Ticket Management Details section.

Step 4: Enable Dietary Requirements and Guest Tags

Within Ticket Management Details, enable the following options:

  • Collect Dietary Requirements

  • Collect Guest Tags

When these options are selected, the dietary preferences and guest tags you previously created will become available.

Review Available Options

You can:

  • View all available dietary preference tags

  • View all available guest tags

  • Remove any options that should not be available for this specific event

This allows each event to have its own customised list of attendee preferences.

Step 5: Publish Your Event

After reviewing your ticket settings:

  1. Complete the remaining event setup steps.

  2. Publish your event.

Once published, attendees will be prompted to select their dietary requirements and guest preferences during ticket purchase.

How to View Dietary Requirements and Guest Preferences

Navigate to Guest Management

As attendees purchase tickets and submit their information:

  1. Navigate to Guest Management.

  2. Open the guest list for your event.

Within Guest Management, you can view:

  • Dietary requirements

  • Guest preferences

  • Accessibility requirements

  • Other selected tags

All information is stored against the attendee's ticket record.

Filter Guest Lists

Filter attendees by:

Sort Guest Information

Export guest information for:

  • Catering providers

  • Venue teams

  • Accessibility planning

  • Event operations

Print Guest Lists

Print filtered lists for use during event setup and delivery.
