After purchasing your ticket, you may receive an email asking you to complete an additional form. You can complete the form using the link in the email or through your Circolo account.
Complete the Form From Your Email
To complete the form using the email:
Open the email asking you to complete the form.
Select the link included in the email.
Enter the requested information.
Review your responses.
Submit the completed form.
Complete the Form Through Your Circolo Account
You can also access the form from the ticket stored in your Circolo account.
To complete the form through your account:
Sign in to your Circolo account.
Open My Tickets.
Select the relevant ticket.
Open the form linked to the ticket.
Enter the requested information.
Review your responses and submit the form.
When Should I Complete the Form?
Complete the form as soon as possible after receiving the request.
Some events require the form to be completed before the ticket can be issued. If this applies to your ticket, you may not be able to access your ticket or QR code until the form has been submitted.
To avoid delays before the event, ensure the form is completed well in advance.
