Once a form has been submitted, you cannot change your responses directly through your Circolo account.
If you have entered incorrect information or need to update a response, contact the event organiser and ask them to reset the form.
How Do I Update a Submitted Form?
To update your form:
Contact the event organiser.
Explain which information needs to be changed.
Ask the event organiser to reset the form.
Once the form has been reset, open it again through your email or Circolo account.
Enter the correct information and resubmit the form.
Who Should I Contact?
Contact the event organiser directly for assistance. When contacting them, include:
your full name
the name of the event
your ticket or order details
the information that needs to be updated
Circolo provides the platform used to complete the form, but only the event organiser can reset a submitted form.
