If you run recurring events that use the same ticket terms and conditions, you can save your terms and conditions at the workspace level.
This means you do not need to manually enter the same terms and conditions each time you create a new event.
How to Add Terms and Conditions to Your Workspace
To add your default ticket terms and conditions:
Go to your Workspace.
Select Edit Workspace Information.
Find the Terms and Conditions section.
Enter your standard ticket terms and conditions.
Save your changes.
What Happens When You Create a New Event?
Once terms and conditions have been added to your workspace, they will be automatically pre-filled when you create a new event.
This helps keep your ticket terms and conditions consistent across recurring events and saves you from entering the same information each time.
Can You Change the Terms and Conditions for an Individual Event?
Yes. The workspace terms and conditions act as a default only.
When creating an event, you can:
Review the pre-filled terms and conditions.
Edit or replace them for that specific event.
Make any required changes before publishing the event.
Changes made to the terms and conditions for an individual event will allow you to tailor them to that event when required.
Can You Update the Default Terms and Conditions?
Yes. You can update your default terms and conditions at any time by returning to Workspace > Edit Workspace Information.
Any updated workspace terms and conditions will then be available as the default when creating future events.
