The default average time at stop is 1 min. You can change the 'time at stop' for each stop individually after adding it to your route.
To change the default time of your stops:
Open ☰ Menu;
Choose ‘Settings’ ⚙️;
You'll find 'Average time at stop' under 'General preferences';
Enter the time of your preference in minutes.
