You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
Through your account: Log in to your account on our website, go to your subscription settings, and click "Cancel." This will stop future renewals.
Email us: Send a message to contact@circuitmess.com with your order details and we'll cancel it for you.
Important: Cancellation stops future boxes from being sent. If a box has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but no further boxes will be charged or sent after cancellation.
If you paid upfront for a multi-month subscription, cancellation will take effect after your remaining prepaid boxes have been delivered.
