CircuitBlocks doesn’t compile my sketch

If CircuitBlocks is throwing a compilation error, try these steps:

  1. Check for syntax errors: Make sure all your code blocks are properly connected and no required inputs are empty.

  2. Update CircuitBlocks: Download the latest version from our website — older versions may have bugs that have since been fixed.

  3. Restart the application: Close CircuitBlocks completely and reopen it.

  4. Check your device connection: Make sure your device is properly connected via USB and recognized by your computer.

  5. Try a fresh sketch: Start with one of the built-in example sketches to confirm compilation works, then rebuild your project step by step.

If the issue persists, email us at contact@circuitmess.com with a screenshot of the error message and your operating system details.
