If you notice your Armstrong moving slowly, you can try slightly loosening the bolts on the robotic arm.
If this doesn't help, consider restoring its firmware. The process is really easy: connect your device to your PC using a USB cable, go here, and click on the Restore firmware button in the upper right corner.
