Try these troubleshooting steps:
Restore the firmware: Connect the device to your computer, go to code.circuitmess.com, and click Restore firmware
Check your solder joints: Look for cold joints (dull, lumpy solder) or bridges (solder connecting two pins). Reheat any suspicious joints
Check battery: Make sure the battery is charged and properly connected
