In transit between countries: Tracking often goes silent while a package is being transported internationally. Updates resume once it clears customs in your country.
Customs processing: Packages can sit in customs for several days without a tracking update.
Carrier handoff: When the package transfers from our shipping partner to your local postal service, there may be a gap in tracking.
