I ordered multiple items. Why do I only have one tracking number?

If all items were in stock, we typically pack everything into a single shipment β€” so one tracking number covers your entire order.

However, in some cases items may ship separately:

  • Different warehouses: Some products ship from different locations.

  • Pre-orders mixed with in-stock items: In-stock items ship immediately while pre-orders ship when ready.

  • Large orders: Very large orders may be split into multiple packages for safety.

If you're expecting multiple packages, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each one. If something seems missing, email us at contact@circuitmess.com with your order number.
