In order to get the newest software for Ringo, you have to have access to an internet connection. Unlock your phone by holding down the # button.

By using your joystick, scroll down to the Settings app. In the Settings app, scroll down to About & update at the bottom of the list.

Then select Check for update. It will automatically redirect you to the Wi-Fiscreen where you will be able to connect to a wireless network.
If a new update is available, your phone will download and install it automatically.
