Getting Started with Outreach - Brand Profiles

A guide to creating Brand Profiles

Updated over a week ago

Creating and Editing Customized Brand Profiles for Scheduled Reports, Curated Email Reports, and Outreach

You have the ability to create Brand Profiles that allow you to customize Scheduled Reports, Curated Email Reports and, if enabled as part of your Service Level Agreement, Outreach Campaigns using different logos and header images. These can then be utilized by other CisionOne users in your Organization.

Creating Brand Profiles for Scheduled Reports and Curated Email Reports

To create a Brand Profile, click on your initials in the top-left corner of the CisionOne Platform and select Organization from the drop-down menu.

From here, select Brand Profiles from the top menu. You will then see all existing Brand Profiles created by your dedicated Account Manager or team.

To create a new Brand Profile, click on the + symbol.

You can give your Brand Profile a name, and then upload either a Logo, Header Image, or both to be used in the report.

To upload images, click on the Page Icon and you will be able to choose a file from your computer to upload.

You can then add a Theme Color from either the HEX or RGB options and select a Font from the drop-down menu.

Once finished, click Create on the bottom right of the page to save your changes.

Curated Email Reports

If you are creating a Brand Profile to be used in a Curated Email Report, you can further customize your report by adding a Report Title, Email Subject Title, Date Format or Disclaimer to the Brand Profile.

Creating Brand Profiles for Outreach

If you have access to Outreach as part of your Service Level Agreement, you can also create Brand Profiles for media releases and campaigns.

To create a new Brand Profile for Outreach, click on the Outreach tab and then the + symbol to create a new Brand Profile.

You can then give your Brand Profile a name, add a Header Image, or Footer Image. From this screen you can also select a font from the drop-down menu.

Once you have confirmed your options, click Create on the bottom right of the page to save your changes.

Managing Brand Profiles

You can create multiple Brand Profiles for Reports and Outreach in your account and edit them at any time.

To edit an existing Brand Profile, click on the ellipses on the top-right of the relevant profile you wish to edit.

You can then edit, duplicate or delete the Brand Profile.

When looking at Brand Profiles for Reports, you can also Set a Default Brand Profile, which will be the default profile selected when creating a report.

Advanced Colour Customisation

Brand Profiles include an Advanced Colour Customisation toggle.

Turn it on to unlock detailed colour controls for multiple report elements.
